CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Our work: We use only the safest and hygienic procedures and most effective techniques to provide our clients with healthy, beautiful, long-lasting nails.
- Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash.
- Scheduling an appointment: You must present a valid credit card number in order to reserve your appointment.
- Cancellation: As a courtesy to other guests and our technicians, we require 24 hours advance notice of any cancellation or rescheduling.
- Appointments cancelled or not kept with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service(s).
If the vacated time can be filled, however, you will not be charged. - Reservations: Strongly recommended for most appointments.
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are good for one year from the time of purchase.
- They make a great gift for birthdays, graduation and anniversaries.
- Ladies! Treat your special man to a spa pedicure!
- Please note that gift certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced by the spa.
